Local Integration Strategy and Communal Integration Plan (PCI)

To develop  guidelines for a local integration strategy, OLAI, in partnership with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Greater Region and the Association of Luxembourg Cities and Municipalities (“Syndicat des Villes et Communes luxembourgeoises”, SYVICOL), commissioned a study in 2012 on the implementation methods of campaigns and/or projects developed locally.

This analysis led to the development of the national strategy for local integration.

In addition, SYVICOL and OLAI have produced a guide to support municipalities that wish to develop a Communal Integration Plan (PCI). The PCI is an instrument enabling municipalities wishing to get involved in the process of establishing an integration policy that is sustainable, transversal and structured, and involves as many local actors as possible. Please find below the downloadable versions of this practical guide (in French and German) and the related leaflet (in English, French and German).
